01 DIY GUIDE / DUBAI
Frame the skyline
Treat the strongest skyline or garden view as a visual anchor, then keep the main furniture line calm and low around it.
START STEP 01↓
01 WHY THIS MATTERS IN DUBAI
Start with
the real condition.
High-rise views are powerful, but too many competing objects near the glass make the room feel busy and smaller.
A clearer entrance view, calmer furniture layout and a skyline that feels connected to the room rather than hidden behind it.
02 WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
Three details
to notice.

03 STEP-BY-STEP
Do one thing.
Check it. Continue.
Each completion check tells you when to move forward. If the check fails, adjust that step before adding another decision.
- 01
Find the arrival view
Stand at the room entrance and at the seat you use most. Choose the one window view that feels strongest from both positions.
- 02
Photograph the sightline
Take an eye-level photo from each position. The photograph makes visual clutter and blocked glass easier to notice than walking around the room.
- 03
Mark the low zone
Use removable tape to mark the maximum height for the sofa, console and occasional furniture in front of the glass.
- 04
Move height to the side
Place tall storage, floor lamps and plants on side walls or in corners where they frame the view instead of cutting through it.
- 05
Repeat one exterior colour
Choose one colour already visible outside—stone, sand, sky or landscape green—and repeat it in only two small interior accents.
04 SAFETY BOUNDARY
